Chapter 1 Military service
Article 1
- The military may not refuse civilians for military service as per article 1 of the constitution.
- The military is to perform a physical and psychological screening before employing any new personnel member.
- All military personnel are attributed all fundamental rights as per the Constitution.
Article 2
- Personnel must follow any lawful order, no exceptions.
- Unlawful orders are defined as the following:
- Unconstitutional orders
- Orders that violate the Wartime Conduct Act
- Orders belayed by the Admiralty or the Supreme Court
Article 3
- Civilians reserve the right to enroll into any military academy.
- Civilians must complete screenings as per Article 1.2
- Civilians must complete basic training after graduation to be employed by the military
- Military academies can be attended without cost in the following cases:
- The attendee is already military personnel.
- The attendee pledges to serve in the military for at least 10 years after graduation.

Protocol 12
